  1. Chop the cabbage thinly and sprinkle with 1-2 pinches of salt. Remember the cabbage with your hands so that it lets out the juice and becomes softer.
  2. Heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Place the cabbage in the skillet. There is no need to add vegetable oil, since the cabbage will release juice during the frying process.
  3. Stirring, fry the cabbage for 10-12 minutes, until tender.
  4. Then, beat the eggs into the skillet.
  5. Reduce heat to low and, stirring constantly, cook cabbage and eggs for 3-5 minutes. The eggs should grasp completely.
  6. Turn off the heat, add salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Stewed cabbage with eggs is ready. Place the cabbage on a plate and serve. If desired, finely chop the green onion and sprinkle with cabbage and eggs before serving.
