  2. Meanwhile, peel the carrots and cut them into small slices, chop the onions, and fry everything together in a bowl where the dish will be prepared.
  3. Once the vegetables are browned, add water, white wine, and pieces of pork.
  4. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove the pieces of pork, add butter and flour to the pan, fry for 1 minute, stirring thoroughly, then add the mustard and heavy cream. Let the sauce thicken.
  6. Add the meat and cover for 5 minutes to soak the meat in the sauce.
  7. Serve with boiled potatoes.
