A unique food that involves quickly frying vegetables and meat in a well-heated pan. In this way you get a bright, appetizingly crunchy second course.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the pork into thin strips.

  3. Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices, chop the garlic in the same way, decorate the onion with small pieces.
  4. Pour oil into the pan, heat strongly. The best option is to use corn or peanut fat, but in its absence you can use regular sunflower.
  5. As soon as the oil heats up, add onions, celery and carrots, fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Add pepper and green onions. The vegetables need to soften, but remain slightly crispy inside.
  7. Remove the finished slicing from the pan, lay out the garlic and ginger. Stir constantly, do not allow to fry too much. Keep on fire for 30 seconds.
  8. Add the meat, continuing to work with a spatula, keep in oil for about 5 minutes. The pork should be completely fried.
  9. Now put the soy sauce, if desired, you can pour rice vinegar. Move the vegetables to the pan, turn off the stove, let the sauce soak all the components of the dish.
