This strawberry pudding at home can be prepared both in summer - with fresh strawberries and blueberries (a great combination, try it), and in winter - with frozen berries or jam! I advise!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dilute the gelatin according to the directions on the package. Bring to complete dissolution and cool slightly.
  2. In the meantime, let's get to the base for the pudding. Grind the cookies into crumbs and mix with softened butter. We crumple with our hands, ram it onto the bottom of the mold to make a cake.
  3. Beat the cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar in a blender or using a mixer until the mass becomes light and homogeneous, and all the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Now, using a blender, beat the strawberries and blueberries in mashed potatoes. You can grind the resulting mass separately through a sieve so that the seeds and remnants of the skin do not come across. Combine with the curd mass, spread in an even layer over the cookies.
  5. Leave the dessert in the refrigerator until the top "grabs", and then remove from the mold, decorate with berries and serve! Bon Appetit!
