Not just the strawberry season has begun, but the hot summer season. Do you want to please your little ones with a delicious and healthy dessert? I don't have an ice cream maker, but ice cream is great in special molds!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare unflavored natural yoghurt, strawberries and sugar for ice cream. Sugar can be replaced with honey in the same amount.
  2. Sort the berries thoroughly, rinse them from dust and dirt, insects. Throw on a sieve, let the water drain. Tear off the ponytails and place the berries in a tall beating glass. Top the strawberries with sugar or add honey and puree until smooth.
  3. Add fatty and thick natural yogurt, combine the products with a blender again.
  4. The strawberry-yoghurt mass is ready.
  5. Take a silicone ice cream mold, fill each compartment with strawberry mass, stick in the sticks and send them to the freezer for 6 hours.
  6. Ice cream is ready! Help yourself.
