Usually the eggs are boiled and then filled with the egg yolk filling. But first we fry the half-breaded egg whites until golden brown! The filling is, in principle, classic, but very tasty - canned tuna with yolks and mayonnaise. The appetizer will turn out delicious and unusual!

  1. Boil eggs (4 pcs.) For 10 minutes in salted boiling water. Then drain the water, pour cold water over the eggs and leave to cool.
  2. Peel the cooled eggs, cut into halves.
  3. Remove the yolks from the egg whites, transfer them to a bowl, we will need them for the filling.
  4. For breading, add flour to one bag and breadcrumbs to the other.
  5. Swirl 1 egg separately in a bowl.
  6. Bread the halves of the egg whites first in flour.
  7. Then dip in a beaten egg.
  8. And in the third step, transfer the proteins to the bag of bread crumbs and shake them so that they are covered with an even layer of breadcrumbs.
  9. Fry the prepared egg whites in a large amount of well-heated oil until golden brown, put on a paper napkin.
  10. For the filling, add tuna to the egg yolks, pre-drain oil or juice. Add salt and black pepper.
  11. Lightly mash the tuna yolks with a fork, add mayonnaise.
  12. Stir the filling thoroughly.
  13. Place the fried egg whites halves on a plate and stuff with the cooked tuna filling.
  14. Sprinkle the stuffed eggs with chopped dill.
  15. Stuffed fried eggs are ready.
