These easy-to-prepare keto-stuffed eggs contain 1 gram of net carbs per serving. You can vary the filling ingredients in the recipe, making these stuffed eggs a great snack for the keto diet.

  1. Place the chicken eggs in a pot of cold water so that the eggs are covered by a few centimeters of water. Cover the pot with a lid and turn on high heat. When the water boils, reduce heat and cook the eggs for 10-15 minutes. Test one egg to see if it's cooked to your liking.
  2. Peel the eggs, cut in half from the blunt end to the sharp end. Transfer the yolks to a bowl and set the whites aside.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, Dijon mustard and garlic powder with egg yolks until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. For a smoother texture, use a hand mixer.
  4. Fill each half of the egg white with an even amount of yolk filling. For convenience, you can use a piping bag. Garnish with chopped herbs and sprinkle with paprika before serving.
