  1. In a deep bowl, combine the minced meat, chopped onion, salt and spices to taste.
  2. Mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Wash the pepper, carefully cut off the tail and remove the seeds. Rinse and pat dry again.
  4. Fill the peppers tightly with the filling. Place in an ovenproof dish.
  5. Pour vegetable oil at the bottom and add a little water.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and send to the preheated oven. Bake at 180 degrees for about 35-45 minutes. Bon Appetit!
