  1. Fold the olives, peeled garlic in a blender and beat until smooth.
  2. Cut the pork tenderloin along, but not completely, also make incisions on the inside of the sides.
  3. Fill the tenderloin with stuffing.
  4. Wrap the meat in strips of brisket so that they slightly overlap, if necessary, you can in some places split the brisket with toothpicks to form a dense roll.
  5. Put the roll in a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes. And another 10 minutes at a temperature of 90 degrees.
  7. Olives can be replaced with prunes.
