Here's a simple recipe for stuffed potatoes in the oven. Despite the name, it is very simple to prepare, and products other than potatoes, cheese and sour cream are not required at all! Very economical and satisfying.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. So, wash the potatoes very carefully, because we will not peel them for this recipe.
  2. We dry the washed potatoes and rub them with salt and spices to your taste. You can also grease each potato with oil.
  3. We wrap each in foil and send it to the preheated oven for 20 minutes. You need to bake the potatoes until soft, so you may need to hold them in the oven longer.
  4. We take out, cool a little, and cut off the top of each.
  5. With a spoon, carefully take out part of the potatoes from the middle, but so that the sides remain intact.
  6. All the potatoes that we got from the potato baskets are mixed with sour cream, and, if you want, you can add herbs or seasonings to taste.
  7. Now we ram the resulting filling back into the baskets, and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. We send it to the oven and wait for the cheese to melt.
