Sushi with scrambled eggs is a rather rare performance of sushi for us. You need to cook the omelet and rice, and then tie the whole thing with a nori ribbon. The omelet should turn out to be layered, which is not quite easy!

  1. Cut nori sheets into ribbons.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar, salt, broth and mirin.
  3. Heat a greased skillet and pour half of the egg mixture.
  4. After a minute, when the omelet becomes dense, wrap a third part.
  5. Then wrap it up again.
  6. Then add some more of the egg mixture.
  7. Let the bottom brown a little.
  8. Move the first roll to the bottom.
  9. Roll the omelet into a roll, and pour a new portion of the egg mixture into the pan.
  10. Repeat the folding steps until you run out of the egg mixture.
  11. Cut the finished omelet into portions.
  12. Take one serving of omelet.
  13. Place a lump of rice on top of the omelet.
  14. Tie a nori ribbon around the omelette with rice.
