  1. First, let's make a salad dressing - pesto sauce. In a blender, mix basil, garlic, spices, lemon juice and zest, and oil. Mix until a homogeneous green gruel is obtained.
  2. Fry the nuts separately until golden brown in a dry frying pan. Let's leave to cool. We add most of it to the sauce, and about 2 tbsp. l. leave to decorate the salad.
  3. Now rinse the breasts, dry them, sprinkle with spices, add oil and send them to bake for 35 minutes at 200 degrees in foil.
  4. Grind the finished chicken into cubes, mix with our pasta and nuts.
