Dumplings with various sweet fillings, as well as potatoes and cabbage can be considered everyday cuisine, while making these dumplings with fish will be a real treat for the palate.

  1. Pour water into a bowl and mix it with salt (0.5 tsp) and vegetable oil. Next, add flour (in small portions) and knead a rather steep dough, wrap it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator.
  2. For the filling, we rinse and dry the fish fillets and cut them into small cubes.
  3. Peel and chop onions and garlic.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and put onion and garlic in it, sprinkle vegetables with a teaspoon of sugar, fry them until golden brown.
  5. When the onion and garlic have cooled down, put them on the chopped fish, add another spoonful of sugar, spices and salt to taste, mix everything.
  6. We take out the dough from the refrigerator, divide it into honor and roll each into a sausage, cut them into small pieces.
  7. We take one piece at a time and roll it into a cake (not too thin).
  8. We spread the fish filling on the cake, but not very much so that the dough does not break during cooking.
  9. We wrap the filling in the dough, form the dumpling.
