Tasty Layered salad with chicken, mushrooms and potatoes

The salad is very hearty and tasty, all the ingredients are well combined with each other. Preparing this salad does not require much effort. A great option for both ordinary days and holidays.

  1. To prepare a salad, potatoes need to be boiled in the skin, adding salt to the water. Let cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Mushrooms cut into cubes
  4. Fry mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil. Salt if desired.
  5. Lay them out on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil. Let it cool down a bit.
  6. Finely chop the boiled chicken breast.
  7. Grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
  8. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  9. Lay out the salad in layers:
  10. 1 layer - potatoes grated on a coarse grater, smeared with mayonnaise;
  11. 2 layer - mushrooms fried with onions, smeared with mayonnaise;
  12. 3 layer - chopped chicken breast, greased with mayonnaise;
  13. 4 layer - eggs and mayonnaise;
  14. 5 layer - cheese grated on a fine grater.
  15. We put the salad in the refrigerator to soak (preferably overnight) and can be served.
  16. A simple composition, easy preparation, and the result is just lick your fingers.
