Tasty Omelet with potatoes

An omelet with sausage, smoked meats and potatoes is a simple and hearty breakfast for the whole family from what is in the fridge.

Ingredients

  1. We will prepare products for a peasant breakfast. If you use pre-boiled potatoes, it will take you just 15 minutes to prepare breakfast.
  2. Wash the jacket potatoes and boil in boiling water until tender, 20-25 minutes.
  3. Cut the boiled sausage and smoked brisket into cubes.
  4. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Also chop the green onions.
  5. In a frying pan, melt the butter (half) and fry the onion in it first until transparent, and then add the sausage and brisket. Fry all together for 5-7 minutes, until the sausages are golden brown. Put everything on a plate.
  6. Drain the water from the finished potato, let it cool for 5 minutes, then cut into circles or semicircles.
  7. Add the remaining butter to the pan and fry the potato slices on both sides until golden brown.
  8. Add fried onions with brisket and sausage to the potatoes.
  9. Whisk the eggs and milk in a bowl.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Pour the contents of the pan with the milk and egg mass. After that, send the pan to an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  12. The omelet is ready. Sprinkle the omelet with sausage, smoked meats and potatoes with green onions just before serving.
