  1. Wash potatoes and carrots, transfer to a saucepan. Also place the eggs in the bowl. Pour everything with water and put on medium heat, bring to a boil. Boil eggs after boiling for 10 minutes, cook vegetables until tender - 25-30 minutes.
  2. Eggs pour cold water and cool. Remove carrots and potatoes from the broth and let them cool. Peel vegetables and eggs.
  3. Cut potatoes into small cubes.
  4. Boiled carrots are also cut into small cubes.
