Tasty Tomato sauce for pasta

Tomato sauce for pasta is a national Italian dish. Italians don't seem to know that you can eat pasta seasoned with butter. They make sure to make tomato gravy.

Ingredients

• Tomato - 4 Pieces
• Tomato Paste - 50 Grams
• Garlic - 2 Cloves
• Red Pepper - To taste
• Greens - To taste
• Salt, pepper - To taste

Directions

1. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a minute and remove the skin.
2. Finely chop the tomatoes.
3. Put the tomatoes in a preheated pan, salt and pepper.
4. Add tomato paste.
5. Simmer for 7 minutes, add garlic, chopped herbs. Stir.
