  1. Thoroughly wash and dry the meat.
  2. We cut the meat so that we get a layer about 1 cm thick
  3. And carefully beat off the resulting layer with a hammer so that it turns out to be soft and of the same thickness. Salt and sprinkle with black pepper.
  4. Cut the bell pepper into slices. If you have fresh peppers, remove the core and blanch for 1-2 minutes in boiling water. Then remove the peel from the peppers. Put pieces of pepper on the meat
  5. Cut the cheese into cubes
  6. And put it on top of the pepper layer. Wash the greens, dry them, cut them and put them on top of the cheese.
  7. We roll up the roll and transfer it to cling film.
  8. And tightly wrap the roll in foil in 5-6 layers. Tie the ends of the film with a thread.
  9. We send the roll into a pot of boiling water to cook for 2 hours.
  10. Then we take out the roll, cool it and send it to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Free the cooled roll from the film, cut and serve.
