Thai salad with pineapple, shrimp and turkey

Very tasty and unusual salad! Pleasantly surprise you with a combination of flavors!

Ingredients

  1. Put the turkey fillet in a saucepan, cover with water. Bring to a boil, remove the foam, salt and cook over low heat under the lid for 15 minutes. Cool in broth.
  2. Mix lemon juice, soy sauce, tabasco, olive oil and sugar.
  3. Add chopped onion to the prepared sauce, mix and leave.
  4. Cut the cooled turkey fillet into thin fibers with your hands.
  5. Clean the shrimp.
  6. Cut the pineapple into small thin slices.
  7. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey and shrimp in it, stirring occasionally, over high heat, about 4 minutes.
  8. Arrange lettuce leaves on plates, on them - turkey with shrimp, slices of chopped pineapple. Top the Thai salad with onion dressing.
