Thai soup with chicken

Very tasty Asian soup, originally from Thailand. To prepare it, you will need some specific ingredients, but now they are easy to find in a large supermarket. Optionally, at the end of cooking, you can add noodles.

  1. Pour the chicken fillet with water and cook until tender, about 20 minutes after boiling. Then strain the broth. Cut chicken fillet into strips.
  2. Sweet pepper cut into thin strips.
  3. Mushrooms cut into slices.
  4. Chop green onions.
  5. Put peppers, mushrooms and half of the total amount of green onions into a deep saucepan or wok with heated oil. Fry for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Add the fillet to the wok along with curry paste, 400 ml of broth (or a bouillon cube diluted in boiling water), coconut milk. Simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the halved tomatoes, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice and the rest of the green onions. Season with salt and pepper before serving. Bon appetit!
