Omelet cake is not often found on our tables, and completely in vain. Egg pancakes can be coated with any filling, at the discretion of the hostess, and decorated - and lovers of omelet will be delighted! Serve the omelet in the form of an appetizer cake - and such a cold appetizer will be a winning option for a festive menu or for a home dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare foods for the Cream Cheese Filled Omelet Snack Cake.
  2. Prepare the omelet in three ways.
  3. For the "yellow" omelet, mix 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon flour, 1 tablespoon cream, salt to taste and 1 tablespoon grated cheese. Beat the resulting mass thoroughly. Fry omelet with cheese in a pan with vegetable oil, covered.
  4. To prepare the "red" omelet, mix 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon flour, 1 tablespoon cream, salt to taste and 3 tablespoons ketchup. Beat the resulting mass thoroughly. Fry an omelet with ketchup in a frying pan with vegetable oil, covered.
  5. To prepare the "green" omelet, mix 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of flour, 1 tablespoon of cream, salt to taste and 3 tablespoons of finely chopped dill. Beat the resulting mass thoroughly. Fry an omelet with herbs in a pan with vegetable oil, covered.
  6. Place the bell peppers in the microwave at maximum power for 2 minutes, then immediately place the peppers in a plastic bag. After cooling, remove the peel from the pepper, peel the seeds and then cut into small cubes.
  7. To prepare the filling, combine chopped peppers, soft cream cheese and mayonnaise (or sour cream), mix thoroughly.
  8. Prepare the omelette pancakes by leveling the edges, grease with the prepared cream cheese filling with bell pepper. Assemble the omelette snack cake by stacking the pancakes on top of each other and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Bon Appetit!
