  1. The first step is to do the test. It is necessary to separate the whites from the yolks and beat them until stable peaks. To believe that the proteins are ready, just turn the bowl with them: they should not fall out.
  2. Beat the yolks with a sugar substitute. Then add the starch and baking powder.
  3. Add the whipped egg whites to the dough, mix gently with a spatula. Pour the dough into a mold covered with baking paper (the thickness of the dough should be about 1-2 cm), send everything to the oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  4. We set the coffee to brew and then it must be cooled.
  5. Now it's the turn of the cream. Separate the whites from the yolks again. Beat the yolks with the addition of a sugar substitute, and you can add a pinch of salt to the proteins, beat.
  6. It is better to grind the curd mass with a blender (to make the mass more tender) and add to the yolks. Mix well.
  7. Then we introduce proteins into the cream, mix gently.
  8. I make tiramisu in portions, so I cut out the round cookies with a bowl. I dip each cookie in cold coffee and quickly put it in a glass.
  9. Then I spread 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cream - and again cookies. And so on to the very top of the glass.
  10. We decorate the cocoa dessert and send it to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. But the longer it stays there, the tastier and more tender tiramisu will turn out.
