  1. Peel and cut boiled eggs.
  2. Cut the olives into slices, finely chop the green onion and dill.
  3. Remove the cod liver from the jar, mash with a fork.
  4. Add boiled eggs to the cod liver.
  5. Add onions, dill and olives.
  6. Mix all the ingredients of the salad with cod liver, season with pepper, do not add salt.
  7. For salad dressing, mix cod liver oil with lemon juice. Fill the salad.
  8. Wash and dry tomatoes.
  9. Carefully cut off the top with a knife. Take out the pulp of tomatoes with a teaspoon.
  10. Fill tomatoes with cod liver salad.
  11. Put fresh lettuce leaves on a plate, stuffed tomatoes on them (you can cover the filling with cut tops of tomatoes) and immediately serve an appetizer to the table.
