I highly recommend the Spanish tortilla.

  1. The process is, in fact, simple. We clean the potatoes and cut them with 3-4 mm washers. We cut the onion in the same way.
  2. Fry potatoes with onions in a large amount of oil, under the lid, so that the potatoes do not brown.
  3. Then we throw it in a colander to get rid of excess oil (if it is olive oil, then this can be used several times - the temperature is low, below 100 degrees, so you can forget about carcinogens).
  4. Then we mix the potatoes with eggs, salt.
  5. We bake a tortilla in a skillet (preferably with a non-stick coating) with heated oil. First on one side, then gently turn over, covering the pan with a plate, and brown with tortilla on the other side.
