Tuna and Egg Salad is a very easy to make quick salad. A simple tuna and egg salad recipe is a lifesaver when you need to prepare a quick and easy lunch, dinner or snack.

  1. Boil eggs hard-boiled.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into thin rings, each ring into quarters.
  3. Cut the bell pepper into pieces approximately the same size as the tomatoes.
  4. Wash lettuce leaves, add to a salad bowl to tomatoes and peppers.
  5. Cut the boiled eggs coarsely enough, add to the salad.
  6. Knead canned tuna with a fork, add to the salad (without liquid).
  7. Season with olive oil and lemon juice, salt to taste if necessary. Tuna and egg salad is ready!
