Poultry goes well with fruits, especially apples. Feel free to add a sweet and sour apple to the minced meat, it will be juicy and tender! For greater benefit, instead of bread, I add oatmeal to the minced meat.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the turkey fillet into chunks and mince or punch in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add an apple to the minced meat, you can not peel it, but only cut the core and cut into pieces. Pound the flakes in your palms and add to the minced meat. Re-punch the minced meat in a food processor or mince it. For a rougher texture, grate the apple. Lastly, add grated cheese and chopped dill to the minced meat.
  3. Form small round balls with wet hands. My apple was too juicy and the minced meat came out a little watery, but it's not scary, it just gets my hands dirty.
  4. I do not roll or fry in a pan, but bake cutlets in the oven. Place the meatballs in a greased dish, smooth and flatten on top.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and clear juice when punctured. Let stand unheated for 5 minutes and serve!
  6. As a side dish, I served thin fried zucchini chips and grilled nectarines.
