Usually turkey meat is either fried or baked. But it makes a very tasty broth. It turns out to be transparent and moderately bold. Turkey soup is also prized because it is low in calories.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wings for broth should be well washed and cut into 2-3 pieces. Wash carrots, onions and celery stalk well, peel and cut into large pieces.
  2. Pour water into a large saucepan. Put pieces of meat, large pieces of vegetables in water, add a little salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 60 minutes. Do not forget to skim the broth.
  3. Cut the purple onion into thin half rings. Finely chop hot pepper and garlic. Wash the tomatoes, peel them off and grate. In hot oil, fry a little onion, pepper and garlic and add grated tomatoes. Simmer vegetables for about 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the meat from the broth. Separate the meat from the bones and chop finely. Strain the broth. Add vegetable frying to the soup.
  5. You can now add turkey meat to the soup.
  6. When the soup boils, add finely chopped parsley, add salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. The turkey soup is ready. Bon Appetit.
