Tuscan salad with fennel, oranges and nuts

This salad wonderfully combines flavors and aromas - the sweetness of oranges and fennel, the bitterness of arugula and onions ... A very successful and pleasant combination of different ingredients in an extraordinary salad.

  1. Clean and cut the fennel into strips.
  2. Peel and cut the onion the same t
  3. Tear the arugula into the salad with your hands.
  4. Stir in fennel and onion.
  5. Clean the celery.
  6. Then finely chop the stalks and add to the salad.
  7. Cut the peel off the orange. Cut orange slices without partitions.
  8. Then squeeze the juice into the salad.
  9. Finely chop the walnuts and add to the salad.
  10. Add whole pink peppercorns.
  11. Salt and season with olive oil. Mix.
  12. Salad ready.
