  1. Rinse the pomegranate and remove the fruits from it.
  2. Squeeze juice from a pomegranate using a juicer or other convenient method.
  3. Strain the juice with a sieve from seeds and cake.
  4. Dissolve gelatin according to the instructions on the package in boiled water.
  5. Dissolve the gelatin in a water bath.
  6. Add half the gelatinous liquid to the milk along with half the powdered sugar.
  7. Pour the milk liquid into a heart-shaped mold.
  8. Leave it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  9. Mix the remaining gelatin and powder with the pomegranate juice.
  10. Pour it over the frozen milk jelly.
  11. Put it in the refrigerator for at least 50 minutes.
  12. When the jelly has set, turn the mold over to remove it.
  13. Garnish with grated chocolate and pomegranate.
