Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Lettuce tear or coarsely cut. Cut the tomatoes into slices, cucumbers and onions into circles.
Prepare dressing for vegetable salad. Mix vinegar with vegetable oil, salt and black pepper. Pour dressing over chopped vegetables and mix well. Put the vegetable salad on a plate and decorate with egg slices.
