Vegetable salad with apple and sesame

Diet sweet and sour salad with cabbage and apples. Incredibly delicious. It cooks quickly, as nothing needs to be boiled or fried.

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage in half. We shred.
  2. Cut the cucumber into half rings.
  3. You can leave the skin on the apple if you like. Divide into 4 parts, cut each part into thin slices.
  4. We peel the carrots. Cut into half rings.
  5. Cut the onion into squares.
  6. We mix all the products, pour oil, salt, pepper.
  7. Stir and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
