Vegetable salad with chickpeas

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soak the chickpeas in water and leave overnight.
  2. Then drain the water, add fresh water, salt and cook until tender.
  3. Drain the remaining water and cool the chickpeas.
  4. To check readiness, simply crush one grain with your fingers. If it crushes easily, then the chickpeas are ready.
  5. Dice the tomatoes and add to the chickpeas.
  6. Dice cucumbers and add to salad bowl.
  7. Finely chop the garlic, cut the pepper into cubes. Add to salad bowl.
  8. Add sour cream, finely chopped dill and chopped lettuce (I do not cut them, but tear off pieces)
  9. Mix everything.
  10. Salad ready. Bon appetit!
