Vegetable salad with mayonnaise

Optionally, you can supplement the composition of the vegetable salad with mayonnaise, corn, fresh celery or fresh cucumbers. Garnish the salad with herbs for extra freshness. Experiment and get new tasty combinations!

  1. Boil carrots, potatoes, parsley roots and celery until tender. Cool and clean.
  2. Boil eggs, cool and peel.
  3. Peel the apple, remove the core. Boiled vegetables, cucumbers, apple cut into small cubes of the same size. Drain liquid from peas.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix and season with mayonnaise. Then salt and pepper to taste and mix again. Place the salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  5. Before serving, decorate with vegetables or mayonnaise, serve. Bon appetit!
