Vegetable salad with octopus

In order for the octopus to be soft and easy to chew, it must first be boiled. Pre-freezing also helps. In this recipe, we will first boil the octopus and then send it to the oven.

  1. First, boil the octopus without water, in its own juice for 1 hour. Then put the octopus in a baking dish, add chopped garlic cloves, olive oil, salt and pepper and bake at a temperature of 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  2. For dressing, combine chopped chili, onion and garlic and combine with olive oil.
  3. Cut sweet pepper and lettuce.
  4. Let the cooked octopus cool slightly and cut into small pieces.
  5. Combine vegetables, octopus, dress salad and mix. Drizzle with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve to the table! Bon appetit!
