I really hope that my version of a delicious vegetable stew with young peas and green beans will be useful to someone. I prepared a dish for myself and for my husband: for myself - more vegetables, and for my husband I decided to add a little meat, although my husband also not indifferent. As a result, we had a wonderful dinner.

  1. I started with onions and carrots - first peeled them, and then just cut into half rings.
  2. Peeled cloves finely chopped garlic.
  3. I also peeled the young potatoes and cut them into pieces.
  4. From the beans, first removed the tips, rinsed and cut into 2-3 pieces.
  5. Young green peas are also washed and cleaned of sash.
  6. Now you can proceed directly to the process of cooking stew - I decided to put it out in a small cast iron pot. I poured oil on its bottom, warmed it up a bit and sent it to fry carrots with onions and garlic.
  7. Then I added pieces of pork and mixed well
  8. After 7 minutes, stirring each time, I started adding other vegetables - potatoes, green beans, and at the very end - young peas.
  9. Then add a little water - it should be flush with the vegetables, add salt, spices and bay leaves. Stir, cover and simmer for 10 minutes
