  1. For vegetarian meals in which vegetables are not cooked, you should choose the highest quality products.
  2. Wash all the components of the salad, shake off water, disassemble broccoli and cauliflower into small inflorescences, chop the tomato and onion finely.
  3. Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl, fill with the dressing and mix thoroughly. Leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Spread the prepared salad over the cabbage leaves, and carefully wrap, securing the edge with a toothpick or tying the roll with a green onion feather.
  5. Serve the rolls immediately. They go well with black bread and boiled meat.
