Vegetarian pilaf is pilaf without meat, whose taste is not inferior to the usual pilaf with meat.

  1. Cook soy goulash for 10 minutes.
  2. In a stewpan in vegetable oil, fry seasonings - barberry, asafoetida, kalindzhi and add soy goulash to them.
  3. When the goulash is covered with a golden crust, add rice to it and fry for a few minutes.
  4. Then pour boiling water (you can from a kettle).
  5. Mix everything and cover. Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes.
  6. Open the lid, hold it on the fire a little more, mix well and the pilaf is ready!
