The dish turns out to be very tasty. Easy to prepare, available even to inexperienced beginners in the kitchen.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For cooking, we need venison pulp, preferably on a small bone.
  2. We wash it thoroughly, clean it from films and chop it into small pieces.
  3. Then we put the pieces of meat in a clay pot, previously greased with vegetable oil or fat. We put the pot in the oven and simmer over medium heat in our own juice until half cooked.
  4. While the meat is stewing, peel a few potatoes and cut them into large pieces.
  5. We peel the onion head and finely chop it.
  6. After that, put the potatoes and onions in a pot of meat and simmer until tender.
  7. Ten minutes before the end of cooking, add salt and other spices to taste into the pot, as well as a handful of cranberries and lingonberries.
  8. We take the finished dish out of the oven and let it brew a little.
  9. Venison is usually eaten hot straight from the pot.
