Vitamin salad of carrots, apples, dates and nuts

An easy carrot salad recipe. Fresh carrots and an apple, plus dates, walnuts and a little lemon juice - this healthy salad cannot be called otherwise than vitamin.

Ingredients

  1. Squeeze juice from a lemon slice.
  2. Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
  3. Peel the apple from the peel and seeds, grate on a coarse grater and sprinkle with lemon juice so that the apple does not darken.
  4. Cut dates into small pieces.
  5. Dry the walnuts in a dry frying pan and peel the thin skin.
  6. Coarsely chop the nuts with a knife.
  7. Mix carrots, apples, dates and nuts.
  8. From the remaining lemon, squeeze 2 tbsp. spoons of juice and carefully, so as not to get the bones, add lemon juice to the carrot salad with apples, nuts and dates.
  9. Mix.
  10. Salad of carrots, apples, dates and nuts is ready.
