Walnut cookies will be your hearty snack, because you can always take them with you to work, on the road or on a picnic. It's also incredibly healthy, especially for kids.

  1. Place the raw sesame seeds in a sieve and rinse well under running cool water. Transfer the sesame seeds to a bowl. Wash the raisins and send to the sesame seeds. It is better to take light raisins. Add liquid honey to the ingredients.
  2. Grind the walnuts in a coffee grinder or blender. Also, nut crumbs can be obtained using a meat grinder by passing nuts through it several times. Add nut crumbs to the rest of the ingredients, and add oatmeal to the same.
  3. Line a baking sheet with baking parchment.
  4. Wet your hands and form small balls from the resulting mass. Then place the balls on the parchment and flatten them.
  5. Bake cookies in the oven at 180 degrees. It only takes twelve minutes to bake. The dish can burn easily, so watch it carefully.
