A warm salad is actually a main course, combining fresh herbs with tender poultry meat, quite high in calories compared to a purely vegetable, cold salad. Try it.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We put quail eggs in cold water and boil for 5 or more minutes so that they cook
  2. We heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and put the chicken liver into it one piece at a time. It is advisable to take the liver chilled, not frozen. Because frozen, thawed, releases a lot of liquid and, in essence, the liver is boiled in this liquid, and not fried in oil. The finished liver should remain pink inside.
  3. As the cookies are ready, add soy sauce to the pan, mix and after about five minutes add a spoonful of honey and mix everything again
  4. The liver is ready
  5. Wash and cut cherry tomatoes in half
  6. Peel and cut quail eggs in half
  7. We spread lettuce on a dish, put hot chicken liver on top and decorate the salad with halves of cherry tomatoes and quail eggs. Salt and pepper the salad.
  8. Salad ready. Bon appetit!
