Warm salad with zucchini

In the midst of summer season, a warm zucchini salad is my favorite. This is a vegetarian salad that only I like at home, but for those who share my views on healthy food, it is dedicated;)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the zucchini and onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  2. Add olive oil to a skillet and fry the onions and carrots in it for 5 minutes.
  3. Then add zucchini, finely chopped garlic to the pan, pour in the ketchup, cover everything with a lid and simmer on the lowest heat for 20 minutes.
  4. Then we make the fire a little stronger. Salt and pepper everything, season to taste and fry a little, stirring. Then we remove from the fire. Bon Appetit!
