Watermelon and melon sorbet

If you use ripe watermelon and very sweet honey melon for this ice cream, you can not add sweeteners at all. Then the ice cream will be even less caloric.

  1. Watermelon and melon cut into cubes.
  2. Cut the watermelon into a smooth puree.
  3. Add sugar and lime juice. Beat at high speed until all the sugar crystals have melted.
  4. Pour into a tray with a lid and freeze for 5-6 hours. Do not forget to stir regularly.
  5. To make ice cream with layers as in the photo - puree watermelon, and melon separately. Add the juice of half a lime and a spoonful of honey to each puree. Pour layers into ice cream molds and freeze.
