Whip up Caesar salad

  1. Wash lettuce leaves, put in a salad bowl
  2. Wash the tomatoes, cut into small pieces.
  3. Pour vegetable oil into the pan.
  4. Heat well, put chicken breasts in it. Fry until golden brown. Grate Parmesan on a fine grater.
  5. In a blender bowl, place an egg, mustard, peeled crushed garlic clove, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies and lemon juice. Whisk a little bit by adding olive oil and grated Parmesan.
  6. Sprinkle chicken breasts with herbs and spices, let fry a little more. Remove from heat, cut into cubes.
  7. Add chopped tomatoes, warm chopped chicken breasts to the salad bowl to the romano leaves. Pour the prepared sauce over everything. Sprinkle with croutons. Bon Appetit!
