Vegetable dietary salad. Contrary to the name, you can eat it not only in winter :) But it is in winter, when the body lacks vitamins, that such a salad is especially useful and relevant.

  1. Boil the beets and carrots until cooked.
  2. Rub the beets, carrots, celery stalk and ginger root on a medium grater.
  3. Chop the garlic, basil and cilantro finely and stir together.
  4. Combine all prepared ingredients, lettuce and finely chopped tomatoes. Divide the prepared thoroughly mixed salad into portions, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and serve. Bon Appetit!
