Yogurt Jelly is an original and new jelly dessert that contains a minimum amount of calories. It is prepared very simply and quickly. This yogurt jelly will perfectly refresh on a warm day.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soak gelatin in a few tablespoons of cold water. Leave it on for about 20-30 minutes until it swells. The swollen gelatin must be dissolved, preferably in a water bath. Stir and make sure there are no lumps.
  2. Mix yogurt with sugar. I whisk the yogurt and sugar with a blender until the sugar is completely dissolved. You can stir with a spoon.
  3. Pour the still warm gelatin in a thin stream into the sweet yogurt mass, stirring constantly.
  4. Pour the prepared mixture into the molds. You can add berries or fruits to them, or decorate with ready-made yogurt jelly. Place the mold or molds in the refrigerator until the jelly dessert has solidified.
  5. Serve the yoghurt jelly in the tins or, if you like, choose one of them. Bon Appetit!
