To make delicious and proper yoghurt with fruits, you must first prepare the yoghurt itself, and then add the fruit to it. Moreover, it is better to bake such a fruit as an apple. See the recipe!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare natural boiled milk (warm), starter culture, fruit filler, and sugar or honey. Milk temperature should be no more than 40 degrees.
  2. Pour the milk into a convenient glass container, add the dry starter culture and stir well. Wait a couple of minutes.
  3. Pour the bacteria milk into clean and sterile jars. Screw on the lids. Place the jars in the yogurt maker. The temperature on the sensor should be between 37 and 39 degrees. Not more! Leave the yogurt to cook for 8 hours.
  4. While the yogurt is cooking, you can prepare the fruit portion. Both fresh and baked fruits can be used. I'm baking an apple. To do this, you need to wash it thoroughly, wrap it in foil and send it to the oven for 20 minutes, temperature 220 degrees.
  5. When the apple has cooled, remove the skin, membranes and seeds. Remember the applesauce again with a fork from large lumps.
  6. After 8 hours, the yoghurt should be chilled in the refrigerator. One or two hours is enough. Then it will acquire a thick texture.
  7. Mix apple puree with yogurt, add sugar or honey if desired. Bon Appetit!
