  1. Wash the zucchini and grate on a coarse grater, squeeze the resulting mass properly.
  2. Add minced meat, spices and an egg to the squash mass. Stir.
  3. Take the minced meat in your palm, squeeze it out of the liquid again.
  4. Shape the patties to the size you want.
  5. Fry them in a hot skillet for 5 minutes on each side.
  6. Then put it out in the same place with some water for 10 minutes (under the lid). I have done without starch. If you're worried about falling apart, you can add 1 tablespoon cornstarch or 1 tablespoon oat bran flour.
