Zucchini cutlets in the oven are very healthy and tasty. A great main course for lunch or dinner with ingredients that are very simple and affordable. I share the recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Thoroughly rinse the courgettes, bell peppers and cabbage, cut into small pieces, then grind in a food processor. If there is a lot of juice, you can pour it.
  2. Rub the onion on a fine grater.
  3. Pass the garlic through the "garlic press".
  4. Remove the crust from white bread and scroll it through a meat grinder. Bread can be replaced with semolina or grated potatoes.
  5. Next, grind the greens.
  6. Mix the minced vegetables with onions, garlic and chopped bread. Drive in eggs, add flour, garlic, herbs and spices. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to get a homogeneous mass. The mass should not be too liquid and not too thick.
  7. Lubricate a baking sheet or baking dish with vegetable oil. We spread the minced meat with flat cakes using a scoop or spoon. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. We send the cutlets into a preheated oven and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees until a crispy crust forms.
  8. The cutlets are ready! Bon Appetit!
