  1. Wash the chicken fillet and send to a saucepan with cold water. After boiling, reduce heat and cook until tender. Wash the courgettes, dry them a little and cut them lengthwise into thin slices.
  2. Send butter to the pan and melt. Meanwhile, chop the onion and garlic and fry until golden brown. Then add flour. Salt the zucchini to taste and send to the pan or grill, fry a little.
